1. Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to the xxvbo platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between xxvbo ("we", "us", "the Platform") and you ("user", "member"). By accessing or using the xxvbo website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

1.2 Who Cannot Use xxvbo

• Individuals under 18 years of age
• Individuals previously banned by xxvbo
• Citizens of countries where online betting is prohibited by law
• xxvbo employees and their immediate family members
• Users who register with intent to commit fraud or engage in illegal activity

2. Account Registration & Management

To place bets or use any service on xxvbo, you must have a valid account. Registration is completely free and takes just a few minutes.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

When registering on xxvbo, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false details may be suspended at any time, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on xxvbo. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. xxvbo's system automatically detects duplicate accounts, and both accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Xxvbo complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Prior to withdrawal, or for transactions above a specified amount, xxvbo may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• A recent selfie (holding your document)

3. Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly observed when placing bets on xxvbo. xxvbo reserves the right to void any bet and forfeit any winnings in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Grounds for Bet Cancellation

Xxvbo may cancel any bet and refund the wagered amount under the following circumstances:

• In the event of an event cancellation or postponement
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found
• If a user violates xxvbo's terms and conditions

3.2 Prohibited Activities

• Odds Arbitrage or Sure Betting (Arbitrage Betting)
• Use of automated betting software or bots
• Betting using another person's account
• Betting using insider information about a match
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage

4. Payment & Transaction Policy

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, xxvbo reserves the right to freeze the user's account until the investigation is complete.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xxvbo regularly offers a range of exciting bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. To qualify, a minimum deposit of ৳1,000 must be made within 72 hours of registration. A minimum wagering requirement of 5x must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once
• Bonuses apply to primary accounts only — duplicate accounts are not eligible
• Bonus validity period is generally 30 days

All elements of the xxvbo platform — including the website, logo, brand name, content, design, and software — are the exclusive intellectual property of xxvbo. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between xxvbo and a user, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to provide an initial response to your complaint within 48 hours.
